Office 365 for business is a package of office tools that includes programs such as: Word, Excell, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote as well as Access and Publisher. All these software will be updated on a regular basis, so any new feature that is added to any of them will also be avalible for you.

File security is particularly important in companies, which is why Microsoft 365 for companies has a special security system and access to 6 TB of space in OneDrive. That allows you to back up documents. In addition, the cloud has a ransomware detection function, making it a protection against hacker attacks for company files.
