Time optimization is also influenced by... internet connectivity! Why? Because in Office Professional 2021, it's possible to share and edit all documents and files in real-time. This makes collaborative project preparation, opinion submission, and their correction much easier. Working on documents is also facilitated by the intelligent search function, which allows you to search for the desired information on the internet without switching between programs.

An additional enhancement is auditory cues that signal errors. They suggest making specific content changes. Of course, improvements and changes are not limited to texts. Scalable vectors, animated graphics, or extremely easy animation creation to engage recipients are just some of the features introduced in Office 2021.
